KEY BENEFITS
- Deployment Extension
If you are deployed during the term of the contract, we will extend the length of your contract up to 12 months any one time, to give you the added confidence that your service contract will not expire while you are away. See the contract for the specific details. - Enhanced Claim Assistance
If you and your family are assigned to a new duty station, we will help you find a reputable repair facility and walk you, step by step, through the claims process. If you happen to take your vehicle with you overseas, we will assist with claims on post. We will also advise you on maintenance and repair costs that may happen to fall out of the scope of your coverage. - PCS/Trip Interruption
Breakdowns don’t always happen close to home. Freedom Guard provides reimbursement for trip interruption expenses incurred in connection with a covered mechanical breakdown occurring more than 100 miles from your home, up to $175 per day, for a maximum of three days. - Substitute Transportation
In the event of a covered mechanical breakdown, reimbursement for substitute transportation will be provided. Freedom Guard provides the protection and convenience of rental vehicle reimbursement through dealerships or licensed rental agencies, up to $60 per day, for a maximum of five days. - Emergency Roadside Assistance
Freedom Guard offers non-accident-related emergency roadside assistance. Simply contact our service provider to make a service request, up to $100 per incident for things like: Towing | Fluid Delivery | Flat Tire Changes | Jumpstarts | Lockout Services | Concierge Services
- **Optional Tire & Wheel Protection
Freedom Guard covers each tire — and the wheel on which it is mounted — for damage due to a valid road hazard. This coverage is for select new and used vehicles for the useable tread life of the tire.
